| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |

| consolidated financial information as the parent of a group. The company has taken the option under Section 398 |

| financial statements of A B Carpets Ltd for the year ended 30 June 2016 which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, |
