Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

These financial statements are presented in Sterling (£), which is the company's functional currency.

The restatement in 2015 relates to the inclusion of accrued interest and correction of the carrying value of fixed asset investments and creditors resulting in reduction of fixed asset investments by £485,528, increase in creditors and accruals by £485,528 and £1,837,933 respectively with an increase in Net liabilities of £1,837,933.
