  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective 2008).

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. In the opinion of the directors, none of the turnover of the company is attributable to geographical markets outside the UK.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over it's estimated useful life. Company is using 25% straight line method.
