Notes to the financial statements
1. Director's advances, credits and guarantees
Mr A Ansari is the managing director and sole shareholder. Mr A Ansari has a loan account with the company. At 31 December 2016 the company was indebted to Mr A Ansari for the sum of £93,395 (2015-£81,398) which amount is included in creditors in these accounts.
For the year ending 31 December 2016 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
- The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;
- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
