1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with applicable accounting standards. During the year ended 31 December 2013 and the previous financial year the company did not trade and recorded no income and incurred no expenditure. Consequently, during those years the company made neither a profit nor a loss, nor were there any other recognised gains or losses.
