100% of the ordinary share capital of Big Pixel Studios Ltd were acquired by TURNER BROADCASTING SYSTEM, INC. a company registered in the State of Georgia, United States of America whose registered office is at One CNN Center, Atlanta, Georgia, 30303 USA.
