During the year the total advances made to Mr A Beecham, the director of the company were £91,668 (2015 £37,613). £90,795 (2015 £38,800) was repaid during the year and interest totalling £285 (2015 £206) was charged on the monies outstanding at 3% per annum. The loan was unsecured and repayable on demand. At 31st December 2016 the balance owed to the company was £8,792 (2015: £7,634).

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
