1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Turnover repesents net invoiced salesof services, excluding value added tax

Other accounting policies
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date.

2Company limited by guarantee
Company is limited by guarantee and consequently does not have share capital.
Every member promises, if the charity is dissolved while he or she is a member or within twelve months after he or she ceases to be a member, to contribute such sum (not exceeding £10 each) as may be demanded of him or her towards the payment of debts and liabilities of the charity incurred before he or she ceases to be a member, and of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up , and the adjustment of the of the contributories among themselves
