Audit exemption statement
For the financial year ended 31 December 2016 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Directors' responsibilities:

Accounting policies

Accounting convention
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). Under the Companies Act, the company has elected to retain its accounting policies for reported assets, liabilities and equity at the date of transition to FRS 102 until there is any change to those balances or the company undertakes any new transactions. The company remains dormant, and has elected to retain its previous accounting policies and is not required to restate its opening balance sheet at the date of transition.
