Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The accounts of been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the company will have adequate |
resources to fund its future operations and and obligations. |
At the balance sheet date there was an amount due from the company to the director amounting to £22,564. |
The director has indicated that he will continue to support the company for the foreseeable future. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. |
