1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout year ended 31
May 2012. The company has not traded during the year. During the year the company received no income and incurred
no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.
