1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
The company`s turnover represents the rental income received from flats owned by the company.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Freehold property - 2% on cost

It is the company`s policy to maintain the freehold property in good repair so as to make any provision for
depreciation unnecessary.
