The directors present their annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 November 2017.

The directors who held office during the year and up to the date of signature of the financial statements were as follows:

Applications for employment by disabled persons are always fully considered, bearing in mind the aptitudes of the applicant concerned. In the event of members of staff becoming disabled, every effort is made to ensure that their employment within the company's continues and that the appropriate training is arranged. It is the policy of the company that the training, career development and promotion of disabled persons should, as far as possible, be identical to that of other employees.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies entitled to the small companies' exemption.

Abbey' Stone & Masonry Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 8 Paddington Way, Morton, Bourne, Lincs, PE10 0PS.

The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.

For the year ended 30 November 2017 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
