1. Director's advances, credits and guarantees
As at 5 November 2017, Mr A Doyle owed the company £4,887.(2016 Mr A Doyle owed the company £2,047). This loan is interest free. Mr Doyle charged the company £1,840 (2016: £1,650) for the use of his vehicle in accordance HMRC rates.
2. Staff costs
The number of persons including directors, employed by the company during the year was 5 (2016-5).
For the period ending 5 November 2017 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
- The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476 ;
- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
